Job Title Production Lead

1^st Shift: 6:30am to 3:00pm

Scheduled days: Mon to Fri *overtime only as needed on the front end or back end of their shift*  

Pay Rate: $20.00

Has team leading exp. Self-motivated, Spanish and English speaking. Has Computer skills, will take ownership to train others and open to production work. 

Must have worked in similar manufacturing environments. Understands this is a Mid-size facility and flexibility to work the required schedule & overtime when needed. Supervisor will train.

Attendance is important, communication with client on call outs is crucial to ensure they are fully staffed or plan accordingly.  

Manufacturing company is in need of a Production Lead 

Location: Anaheim, CA 

Work schedule: Monday -Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm

Job duties: 

• Injection molding plastic experience.
• Prior lead person, or and have had leadership experience as production person at injection molding company. 
• Will have to take or write misc. notes, comments and information on documents clearly and concise.
• Help train and document staff as needed on new procedures.
• As lead you will work always as a production person, but it will include back up for breaks and lunch.
• Learn what production items need extra attention.
• Identify Issues with productions daily.
• Detail oriented to help trim parts.
• Make labels (computer) for shipments.
• Attend production meeting including be able to answer how production is going. T
• Verify boxes counts and labels.
• Assist Customer service and management to ensure production is on schedule in a timely fashion.
